‘The voyage to Cnoc Meá’ was a storytelling performance with puppets for 6-12 year olds which reimagined Ireland’s oldest story of ‘Cessair’ and her journey from Africa to the hill of Cnoc Meá near Tuam in search of a place to call home. The event gave children the unique opportunity to experience a story from their area, created by local teenagers.
